Vacuum technology

Vacuum technology complements our CNC manufacturing for demanding shaped components. In a membrane press, a pressure difference makes a flexible membrane conform to the inserted forms and apply pressure. The photograph shows the press and three-dimensional wooden workpieces in our workshop, extending our capabilities beyond milling.

Surface finishing

Fuming, staining, bleaching, oiling, lacquering and waxing complement our manufacturing services. The finish shapes the colour, appearance and feel of a wooden component. We select the process according to the wood species, intended use and desired result. These photographs show different workshop stages and finishes.
