Please note the following points before contacting us:
Data basis:
As a general rule, the more digital, the better: ideally a 3D CAD drawing, at worst a sketch or image. Anything is possible, but this will also have a direct impact on the cost. We are also able to derive 3D drawings from 2D drawings, generate CAD drawings from PDF data or scan a real component for an additional charge. Therefore, please provide us with the data that we will need for implementation when requesting a quote.
Quantity:
From one piece to a thousand, anything is possible.
Minimum order value:
Please note, however, that we have a minimum order value of £500 gross. We are unable to accept enquiries with lower price expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
Initial investment costs:
These are the costs incurred to manufacture the first workpiece. This includes programming costs, specific tooling costs and the manufacture of separate fixtures. If appropriate, the initial investment costs include the production of a prototype for approval.
Unit costs:
These are the costs on which the unit costs are calculated based on the batch sizes you have provided us with. This is because two pieces are proportionally more expensive than twenty.
Raw materials:
Please consider in advance whether the raw materials should be provided by the customer or by us.
Finish/surface treatment:
Do you only require machine work or should the component be completely finished by us?

One final request:
- Please keep telephone calls to a minimum. We also prefer to be contacted by email so that we can carry out our work with as little disruption and as error-free as possible.
- Enquiries without an address will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Before picking up the phone to request a quote, we also ask you to send us an email with further information (e.g. screenshot, etc.), as a picture is worth a thousand words.
- Please understand that, in addition to manufacturing, we also have other phone calls, customer meetings, field service visits and employee meetings, and therefore cannot always answer every call.
