We are also happy to create ready-to-run CNC programmes based on your own CAD data. In addition, our optimised programmes often save up to 40% in expensive machine air cuts compared to WOP programming.

In order to calculate the correct tool paths for your machine, we require your complete tool data. To do this, download the form (download WZ form) and fill in the parameters accordingly.
You will then receive a corresponding machine programme, a machine setup sheet with programme information and a workpiece simulation video via email or DropBox. To ensure smooth data transfer, please also note our terms and conditions.

Workpiece simulation of a 3-axis programme for customers who commission a programming service for their own machine. This gives the machine operator additional insight in advance, in addition to the setup sheet.
With regard to the Homag Group's programming system, the best possible WOP posting has been implemented. Whenever WoodWOP provides a processing option for this, a corresponding WOP processing macro is automatically posted here.
Optimal extraction ensures cleanliness, safety and therefore also health. Based on the tool data, the tool's interference circuit is continuously calculated and the best possible hood position is output – even during simultaneous machining!
The machine simulation was created using the maximum technical data available for the machine (machine geometry, travel distances, tool-workpiece). This eliminates unpleasant surprises on the machine.
Ultra-precise concentricity can ultimately only be achieved with shrink-fitted tools. Colleagues in the surrounding area can therefore also take advantage of our shrink and measurement service for milling tools. This means you don't need two of every tool holder and are much more flexible in the event of a ‘milling tool emergency’.
